‘Confession of Saint Patrick’ by Saint Patrick ## 54-58; pp. 11-12

[Saint Patrick - mid-fifth to early-sixth century; born: Roman Britain/died: Ireland; Missionary, Bishop; Apostle of Ireland]
54. Behold, I call on God as my witness upon my soul that I am not lying; nor would I write to you for it to be an occasion for flattery or selfishness, nor hoping for honour from any one of you. Sufficient is the honour which is not yet seen, but in which the heart has confidence. He who made the promise is faithful; he never lies.
55. But I see that even here and now, I have been exalted beyond measure by the Lord, and I was not worthy that he should grant me this, while I know most certainly that poverty and failure suit me better than wealth and delight, but Christ the Lord was poor for our sakes; I certainly am wretched and unfortunate; even if I wanted wealth I have no resources, nor is it my own estimation of myself, for daily I expect to be murdered or betrayed or reduced to slavery if the occasion arises. But I fear nothing, because of the promises of …More

He mentions how the history books in Ukraine were changed. That's odd because someone posted more twisted history about Crimea and said, it was never part of Russia. Yet History Professors and experts on Russian history all say the same thing. Crimea was always a part of Russia until the 1950's. Including both Russian and Ukrainians. They all agree, Crimea was always part of Russia!
Professor Brovkin, Scott Ritter, Larry Johnson, Col Macgregor, and many, many more. Even those I don't normally listen to all said the same thing. Crimea was always part of Russia! I know and most know how our history books have been changed drastically. So I wonder why anyone who do such an underhanded thing to post it and try to get others to believe such a lie that Crimea was never part of Russia. Very sad when people insist on posting propaganda so much. Especially as they are losing the war with their propaganda.

First Foot to Reach the Empty Tomb Lives on in Rome | Shalom World News
As the Catholic Church celebrates the Feast of St. Mary Magdalene on July 22, pilgrims in Rome continue to venerate a remarkable relic believed to be from the left foot of the woman honored as the "Apostle to the Apostles" and the first witness to Christ's Resurrection. Housed in the Basilica of St. John the Baptist of the Florentines, just a short distance from the Vatican, the relic consists of small bone fragments preserved in a silver foot-shaped reliquary, traditionally attributed to renowned Renaissance goldsmith Benvenuto Cellini. After disappearing from historical records for centuries, the relic was rediscovered in 2000 and later placed in the basilica for public veneration. According to an ancient tradition, most of St. Mary Magdalene's remains were transferred from Byzantium to France during the ninth century. As they passed through Rome, fragments from her left foot—the foot believed to have first crossed …More

Blessed Charbel Makhlouf and Catholic Lebanon’s Medieval Charm

Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira
Saint of the Day, Monday, January 31, 1972
Saint Charbel Makhlouf (1828-1898) was beatified 5 December 1965 and canonized 9 October 1977.
I noticed that Blessed Charbel Makhlouf’s biography is relatively poor because — I seem to glimpse — his story is one of the fully normal developments. Imagine someone writing the history of a country that developed perfectly in all its stages and reached its fullness normally, without any hindrance or trouble. However brilliant and magnificent, that story would fit into a little space.
We can see that Blessed Charbel Makhlouf never faltered nor had any problem. As his countenance indicates, his sanctification was exceptional, powerful, and continual. If you can use this expression, he was a bulldozer of holiness. As his face shows, he faced the cross head on and corresponded until he dropped dead. I want to project his picture, so you understand that well.
We realize that his sanctification must have occurred amid storms and …More

A beautiful lie...
When you mix the truth with something that you wanted to be true but it's not, you get a beautiful lie. True, the Catholic Church has the fullness of the truth, false the other religions had the truth (Jewish), but rejected its peak in Christ, the other "religions" if we ever want to call something that push stray as one, all of them with NO exception calls Jesus a prophet but won’t adhere to His teachings, therefore they are false.
A beautiful lie does nothing but to numb or disarm your spiritual defenses so you could become food for hell, the silly... but "refreshing idea", that all religions could join hand in hand, even with "atheists who do good", is not just a sugar high or sort of Woodstock moment, it is a delivertly crafted manuver from hell to ruin souls.
There is NO doubt whatsoever that Divine Mercy CAN be given to souls who never have heard the gospel, souls who have lived their lives doing their very best to honor Almighty Father, as it is stated that …More

Miracle in Venezuela: Four Survivors Pulled Alive After a Month | Shalom World News
Against all odds, hope has emerged from the ruins of Venezuela. Thirty days after the devastating twin earthquakes reduced entire neighborhoods to rubble, rescue teams accomplished what many believed was impossible. In an extraordinary operation described by witnesses, rescuers, and grieving families as nothing short of a miracle from God, four survivors were pulled alive from the collapsed OPP Caribe buildings in Caraballeda, La Guaira—a woman, her two children, and a young man who had endured nearly a month trapped beneath the debris. Working in relentless heat and under dangerous conditions, local emergency crews, supported by international rescue teams, refused to abandon the search. Their perseverance was rewarded when signs of life were detected beneath the wreckage. As the survivors were carefully brought to safety, paramedics rushed to stabilize them, treating severe dehydration and exhaustion …More

Polish President Pardons Woman in High-Profile Free Speech Case: Polish President Karol Nawrocki pardoned in April 2026 Weronika Krawczyk, ending a widely debated free speech case. Krawczyk, a mother of three from the Starogard Gdański area (Pelplin diocese, near Gdańsk), was convicted over online posts warning other women about a gynecologist who, she said, had misdiagnosed her unborn son with Down syndrome and repeatedly urged her to have an abortion. Her son was born healthy in 2016. Krawczyk also refused a court-ordered apology to the doctor. The pardon lifted the order to publicize the verdict and the obligation to apologize. Her case had received support from pro-life and Catholic organizations, including Catholic Action in Poland and Bishop Ryszard Kasyna of Pelplin.

We must learn to "dig"...
Liturgy of Sunday, July 26 - XVII of Ordinary Time
Dear brothers and sisters, the fear that hovers in the cultural, social, and political atmosphere of this confused and turbulent beginning of the third millennium could push many of our brothers and sisters to live superficially and disengagedly; it could push them to carve out their own small, protected space in which to take refuge and survive... In the passage from the Gospel of Matthew that we’re going to listen to on Sunday, July 26, Jesus reveals to us that there is a precious treasure hidden in the "field" of the world. That's why it is worth “getting out" of our “confort zone" to find it, for it is capable of making the hearts of those who possess it explode with joy for the new, surprising opportunities it offers and for the undisappointing hope it shows on the horizon.
In fact, since God became incarnate in His Word made Man, the world no longer instills fear in us because it hides the treasure of His …More

Today's Transalpine Redemptorist Consecration: Validity, Succession, and Schism

Today, Fr Michael Mary, superior of the sedevacantist Transalpine Redemptorists in Scotland, will be consecrated as an alleged bishop. Katholisch.de traced the long and tangled succession lines of schismatic bishops, focusing primarily on the lines of Marcel Lefebvre (1905-1991) and Pierre Martin Ngô Đình Thục (1897–1984). Here are the key points:.
Lefebvre line (FSSPX)
Among the different splinter groups, only the SSPX has significant size.
In 1988, Lefebvre consecrated Alfonso de Galarreta, Bernard Fellay, Bernard Tissier de Mallerais, and Richard Williamson as bishops. All four later consecrated additional bishops.
In 1991, Tissier de Mallerais consecrated Licínio Rangel for the Priestly Union of St. John Mary Vianney, Brazil.
Rangel and his community reconciled with Rome in 2002 and became an Apostolic Personal Administration. The same year Fernando Arêas Rifan became Rangel's coadjutor, but he was consecrated by Cardinal Darío Castrillón Hoyos, with Rangel serving only as co-…More

I used to wonder how the consecration requested by Our Lady of Fatima, in unison with all the Bishops of the world could ever take place since bishops are all over the place with their beliefs. Then I realized as these bishops ascend to heresy, they are no longer bishops so it may end up being some sede, bishops, SSPX and a few good sons of the church left in the NO. There is the manageable number.

Jeffrey Ade

Yep always knocking down Roman Catholics with uncertainty about there validity. Never hear that about the NO bishops.
